SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS (UPDATED)

LIF Academy offers both physical products and digital products, including but not limited to audio-based sound matrices, frequency files, and downloadable digital content (“Digital Products”).

Digital Products – Sound Matrices

Digital Products:

  • are delivered electronically,

  • are available for immediate download after successful payment,

  • do not require physical shipping.

By purchasing Digital Products, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  • delivery occurs immediately upon purchase, and

  • performance of the contract begins without delay.

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once performance has begun, provided the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

➡️ All sound matrices, audio matrices, frequency files, and downloadable digital content are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased and accessed.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS (UPDATED)

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. LIF Academy reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its discretion.

For Digital Products, the order is considered final and completed immediately upon payment and download availability.

Cancellation requests, refunds, or chargebacks for Digital Products are not accepted, except where required by mandatory law.

Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy [LINK].

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY (CLARIFIED)

This section applies only to physical products.
Digital Products are delivered electronically and are not subject to shipping, customs, or delivery delays.

All Digital Products, including sound matrices, audio files, frequency recordings, and related materials, are protected intellectual property of LIF Academy or its licensors.

Purchase of a Digital Product grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal-use license only.

You may not:

  • copy, reproduce, redistribute, resell, sublicense,

  • publicly perform, broadcast, or share,

  • upload to third-party platforms or cloud-sharing services.

Unauthorized use constitutes a violation of intellectual property laws.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES (DIGITAL CONTENT CLARIFICATION)

Digital Products are provided “as is” and “as available”.
No guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes, results, interpretations, or effects from the use of sound matrices or frequency-based content.

Results may vary between individuals.
Digital Products are not medical devices, do not replace professional medical advice, and are intended for informational and educational purposes only.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY (DIGITAL CONTENT)

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LIF Academy shall not be liable for:

  • perceived or claimed lack of effect,

  • individual interpretations or expectations,

  • indirect, consequential, or non-material damages arising from Digital Product use.
