Return & Refund Policy
Delivery Time & Pre-Order Nature of Products
Our products are manufactured and shipped from outside the European Union (primarily Russia) and may require a production and delivery time of up to 8–10 months.
By placing an order, the customer expressly acknowledges and accepts that:

the product is not held in EU stock,
-
the order is treated as a made-to-order / long-lead-time product, and
-
the delivery period may significantly exceed standard EU delivery times.
Right of Withdrawal (European Union Customers)
In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days from the day the goods are physically received.
⚠️ Important clarification:
The 14-day withdrawal period does not begin at the time of purchase, but only after the product has been successfully delivered to the customer.
➡️ Withdrawal or refund requests submitted while the product is still in transit, production, or customs clearance are not eligible for a refund.
Standard Return Policy (After Delivery)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

the item must be in the same condition as received,
-
unused, unworn, with all original tags,
-
in its original packaging, and
-
accompanied by proof of purchase.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping
If your return request is approved:

we will provide instructions and the return address,
-
return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a confirmed defect or error on our part.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if:

the item is defective,
-
damaged during transport, or
-
incorrect.
We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate solution (replacement, repair, or refund).
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:

custom-made or personalized products,
-
made-to-order items produced specifically for the customer,
-
digital products or downloadable content,
-
sale items and gift cards,
-
hazardous materials or regulated goods.

Exchanges
Exchanges are handled by returning the original item (after delivery and approval) and placing a new order separately.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only after:

the item has been returned,
-
inspected, and
-
approved.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

By completing a purchase on this website, the customer confirms that they:

have read and understood the extended delivery timeframe,

accept that refunds are not possible while the product is in transit, and
