Shipping Policy

Shipping Area

We currently ship physical products exclusively within the European Union (EU).

Orders placed with delivery addresses outside the European Union will not be accepted or fulfilled.


Digital Products

Digital products, including sound matrices, audio matrices, frequency files, and other downloadable content, are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Access to digital products is provided immediately after successful payment, via download link or customer account access.


Processing & Production Time

Some of our physical products are manufactured outside the European Union and are produced on demand.

As a result, processing, manufacturing, and international transport may require extended lead times of up to 8–10 months before final EU delivery.

By placing an order for a physical product, the customer:

  • acknowledges the extended production and delivery timeframe,

  • accepts that the product is not held in EU stock, and

  • agrees that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Method & Carriers

Orders are shipped using reputable international and EU-based logistics partners.

Carrier selection, routing, and logistics arrangements are determined by LIF Academy based on availability, destination, and operational requirements.


Customs & Import Handling

All products are delivered within the European Union.
Any necessary customs clearance or import processing required before EU entry is handled as part of the supply chain.

Final delivery within the EU occurs only after all applicable procedures have been completed.


Shipping Fees

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.

Prices shown in the store do not include potential additional handling or delivery-related charges unless explicitly stated.


Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times shown on product pages or at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • production timelines,

  • international transport,

  • customs processing,

  • carrier-related delays,

  • force majeure events beyond our control.

LIF Academy is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or external factors.


Risk of Loss

Once the product has been handed over to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer, to the extent permitted by applicable law.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

LIF Academy is not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


Failed or Refused Deliveries

If a shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to customer-related issues (incorrect address, failure to collect, refusal to accept delivery), any additional shipping or handling costs may be charged to the customer.
